Refund Policy

• Generally there is no refund on food, but your satisfaction is our foremost priority. We understand that occasionally there may scenarios which a customer may wish to request for a full/partial refund. This refund is at the discretion of the restaurant management and customer must first call us to raise a refund request. Our food comes with a promise of taste you'll love but again taste is subjective. If you do not like what you have received, please contact us first & directly over the phone (01603 440194). Allow us to see how we can best address it through a remake/ refund/credit voucher. We love to learn, so the only condition for full refund requests is that please do not consume all of what you didn't like. We will have it collected to understand what went wrong and with your inputs improve it further.

Cancellations
